On November 8th 2010, three masked intruders broke into the Pan family home in Scarborough, Canada. The men stole money from inside the home and then dragged both Bich Ha Pan and Hann Pan down into the basement, where they shot them both at point blank range. Upstairs, they left their 24 year old daughter Jennifer Pan alive and tied to the bannister railings. The police quickly determined that the prime suspect was much closer to home than anyone could have imagined.
This episode explores the life the Pan family lived up to the day of this brutal attack and we discuss what could have driven an individual to put out a hit on this family.
